This is a country that you're living in, this means that there are more to the populace than just us. As such, we welcome the NPCs. You might need to do a thread where you need a pub owner or a member of your characters family but you don't want to have to go through the rigmarole of making a whole new character just for a few posts.
Once you've filled out these details, place your app in a new thread under the relevant heading under the NPC characters section.

Other: (family members, profession etc)
You only need to give us the briefest of details, you do not need to wait for this to be accepted before using. But, if at a later date you want to develop your NPC into a full blown character then that's fine too, just tell a mod and we'll move him/her into the right section for you.
If you're happy for your NPC to be adopted by someone else as a full character then advertise them in the 'Adopt my NPC' thread.
If you want to use someone elses NPC in a thread rather than making a new similar one, just ask them if they'd mind threading with you or lending you there NPC.
